Rodrigo Muniz is a Brazilian professional footballer who currently plays for Spanish club Real Madrid B as a midfielder. He was born on December 18, 1996 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In his career so far, he has played for several clubs including Santos, Benfica and FC Porto.
Muniz started his career with Santos before moving to Benfica in 2014 where he made his debut in the first team. He scored his first goal for the club in a 2-1 win over Real Sociedad on January 27, 2015.
In 2017, he moved to FC Porto from Santos, scoring 11 goals in 34 appearances for the club. He then joined Real Madrid B in 2018.
In 2019, Muniz scored his first goal for Real Madrid B in a 2-1 victory against FC Barcelona in the Copa del Rey.
In 2020, Muniz signed for Manchester United but only managed to play 14 games before being released by the club. He later signed for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in France.
As of now, Muniz is one of the most prolific goal scorers in European leagues and is considered one of the best midfielders in the world. He also won two Champions League titles with Real Madrid and has been part of the squad that lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy in 2020.
